WELL WATER • The property has clean well water. Brita pitchers are provided for drinking water if preferred.
PLUMBING • The plumbing is rural and sensitive, so please only flush toilet paper (no wipes, paper towels, or hygiene products).
WI-FI • Wi-Fi is strong, but as with many country properties, occasional slowdowns or brief outages may occur.
WILDLIFE & LIVESTOCK • Rural property near working farms with uneven terrain. You may encounter cattle, coyotes, rabbits, skunks, snakes, and other local wildlife. Stay aware and enjoy the countryside experience!
