Sandy paths lead to both Atlantic and Sea of Abaco beaches: sun, swim, paddle, snorkel! Quick golf cart rides to Hope Town for shopping, dining and entertainment.
Modern kitchen, airy open concept living room. Laundry, outdoor shower. Spacious covered deck. Community dock accommodating boats up to 32 feet on a 1st come 1st serve basis.

The space
The cottage is in the North End on a large lot just a sandy path walk to both Sea of Abaco and Atlantic beaches as well as the community dock.
It sits on a large beautifully landscaped lot. Open concept living/kitchen/dining with french doors opening onto a large covered deck with hammock, seating and grill area
2 bedroom + 2 bath on main floor. Cupola bedroom with ensuite 3/4 bath on 2nd floor.
