Welcome to The Jefferson Guest House, a spacious 4 bedroom/4.5 bath home set on the grounds of The Jefferson, overlooking the lake. With room for up to 10 guests in 7 beds, it’s a comfortable home base for wedding weekends, family gatherings, football weekends, or a getaway with friends.

Each bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom plus there's a powder room off the Great Room. Enjoy plenty of space to gather and relax while still being just a 5-mile drive from Oxford’s historic Square.

The space
Stay just across the lake from The Jefferson Oxford venue in our spacious four-bedroom home that sleeps up to 10 guests in seven beds. Our Guest House offers the perfect place to gather with family and friends while visiting Oxford.

The large great room features three sofas, side-by-side TVs, a dining table for 10, and a powder room. The covered porch adds more seating and overlooks the lake.

The well-equipped kitchen includes double ovens, a gas cooktop, standalone ice maker, separate beverage refrigerator, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. Practically everything you need for preparing a meal including tableware for 20.

Each of the four bedrooms has a private ensuite bathroom.

Outside, gather around the wood-burning fire pit with seating for 10. Starter firewood is provided.

The Guest House is designed for relaxing and spending time together, whether you are watching the game, enjoying a meal, gathering around the fire, or simply taking in the lake view. It also offers convenient amentieis including a washer and dryer, ample parking, an ADA-accessible main living area, and a ramp into the house.

Located on The Jefferson property, the Guest House is close to Oxford’s restaurants, shops, and historic Square.

The home offers a peaceful setting with a covered porch overlooking the lake, a private patio with a wood-burning fire pit and Adirondack chairs, and ample private parking. Relax and enjoy time together in your own space while still being just minutes from Oxford’s historic Square.

Parking lot holds 20+ cars. ADA ramp. Concrete parking pad for a few cars with accessibility needs. Main living area and powder room are wheelchair accessible.
