Martine Grimmer est fort accueillante, l'endroit est très beau mais question équipement il y a moyen de faire mieux. (frigo trop petit, tv à remplacer car problème de son, table et chaises de jardin vétustes)
The cottage was very wonderful, C'estait tres agreable! Nice house, garden and swimming pool and a stunning view. Martine is a wonderful and very nice host. We stayed there for one week, and had a wonderful time. The area, les Cevennes are very beautiful! Thanks Martine for your hospitallity, kind regards, Maikel & Ingrid
Had a lovely stay in Martine's/Nicolas villa. Ideal for us to relax. We have a 13 month old who really enjoyed the pool and home away from home. Martine offered us additional child gear (travel cot, toys and bath) that we hadnt asked for and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. She was able to give some very useful tips for the area and put us at ease speaking English when we explained we had limited French. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the garden and pool as it was so hot to go out on big adventures but you didn't feel you had to go anywhere once stocked up from the local supermarket with the lovely view and calm atmosphere. Would definitely recommend visiting!!
A charming apartment set in beautiful french countryside. Close to the town of Anduze which has many good restaurants and hiking trails. Martine was a very welcoming host and it full of helpful tips on things to do.
This is a very beautiful off-the-beaten-track home, incredibly managed and maintained entirely by Martine Grimmer - with whom her visitors bond immediately.
The place is quite large, with 3 or more self-catering apartments, and one very roomy B&B alternative, which we enjoyed (we were not oriented to find shopping, etc. )
Of course, it is not difficult to shop if you have a car - for one-stop there is a large InterMarche north of Anduze.
We often look for bikes (since my walking is limited) but the only bikes available for rental in Anduze, that we could find, were a few at the InterMarche. But it's not a bike shop, where you could get advice on routes, or a spare tube, etc.
Martine was a wonderful host and a beautiful person, as well.
We could not possibly be happier with our experience!
We will be back as soon as we can!

About the Host, Nicolas
Hi, I'm Nicolas, 33, and I rent my living room in Paris and my mother's cottages in the south of France. I like languages and cultures. I lived several years in Berlin and in Utrecht (The Netherlands) and now I am back in Paris. Last but not least, I like meeting new people from different backgrounds and different countries and show them some of the great things that Paris has to offer. If you have questions, don't hesitate, we can chat in French, English, German or Dutch.
Just come to visit us, whether in my cozy Parisian home or in my mother's cottage in the beautiful and sunny south of France!
