Jicama has a more modern, spacious, comfortable style mixed with the curiosities unique of all houseboats. She is your home on the water. She is moored in beautiful South Lake Union with a killer vistas of the lake and downtown Seattle. Accommodates six for larger groups or families to enjoy kayaking the lake and checking out the float planes as they buzz on by.

See my other Root Vegetable houseboats for rent in my profile. Ginger, Rutabaga, Turnip, Carrot, Radish, and Jicama.

The houseboat was a fun experience! It is very much so a “glamping” experience as described. There were 3 of us & we had to fill up the water 4 times to each take a shower each day during our 2-night stay. The pullout bed mattress is very depleted and uncomfortable, but the…

I brought my 3 little ones to Seattle to recharge and this little boathouse was so perfect for us. Absolutely the cutest little get away.
