Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. With easy walking distance to public transport, cafes, shops, restaurants and Newcastle’s mall, beaches and harbour you will find the location is perfect for a couple’s escape, weekend getaway, mid-week break or work trip.

The space
Feel comfortable and relaxed in this one bedroom apartment, recently renovated and tastefully furnished with quality Queen beds and linen. It is the perfect place to recharge while enjoying everything Newcastle has to offer or unwind in front of the Sony 65inch TV on the lounge.

The kitchen has everything you need including stove, oven, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery and glassware. We provide cooking basics like oil, salt, pepper, tea and coffee.

Stay comfortable all year round with reverse cycle air conditioning in the bedroom. Outside enjoy the balcony with a nice view of the sunset on the outdoor corner lounge, whilst BBQing dinner on the Weber. The apartment opens onto a large tiled balcony which we encourage to utilise however it is a shared space with a second apartment therefore we ask to respect adjoining residents.

Guest access
Guest access is via the footpath that runs along the side of the building. The first set of stairs leads up to the balcony and access to the unit.

Other things to note
- Limited amounts of essential items such as dishwashing liquid/tablets, toilet paper and the like have been provided. The kitchen contains basic items for guests usually enough for a 2-night stay. During your stay these will not be replenished.
- Linen and towels including beach towels provided.
- Games selection for indoor nights
- Lounge room sofa folds out to be a second queen bed. Additional linen and towels can be requested. Keep in mind the apartment is cosy and designed for two people however can accommodate extras.
- Travel cot can be provided by request (bring your own linen)
- The property is on a busy road in the heart of Newcastle. There is the potential for noise from traffic and neighbouring residents.
- The apartment opens onto a large tiled balcony which we encourage to utilise however it is a shared space with a second apartment therefore we ask to respect adjoining residents.
- Wifi is provided complimentary. It is intended to be used in an appropriate manner by all guests. We cannot and do not guarantee the speed or efficacy of this properties wifi connection nor do we pay any compensation for interruption of service for any reason.
