The space
The apartment is newly renovated, very bright (two panoramic windows) and has design furnishings and air conditioned.
It is composed by two thematic rooms (one of them suite), a living room, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, Ice Maker, Nespresso Cofee Machine, toaster and kettle, which allows comfortable long stays, and a 28 sqm terrace with Jacuzzi and total privacy.
The suite, with front ocean view, is decorated in an original way with sea motives. The second room is decorated in sandy soft tones, reminding the calm and relaxing sunset Albufeira’s afternoons. Each bathroom contains heating towels rails, and is decorated accordingly to each room.

Our apartment is exceptionally located, on a calm but central area, 6 minutes walking from Peneco Beach (300m) and 12 minutes from Pescadores beach (the most beautiful and recognized beaches of Albufeira). You can enjoy a lovely view from the beaches and Albufeira city from a viewpoint located just around the corner of the main building.

You can find a small grocery 50m away (Nelos's Supermarket) and a big supermarket (Intermarché) 500m away.

The city center with a complete and diversified offer of shops, restaurants and bars is at just 10 minutes walking distance. We invite you to take a stroll downtown, have a dinner in one of the many restaurants in the area, or dance all night in its discos and bars.
