Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment within 2 miles of Greenwich Market and Park, the Cutty Sark, the Royal Observatory, the Meridian line and the Maritime Museums. Train station (10 minutes walk) direct access to central London (London Bridge 13 minutes)
This is my home and I am happy to share it with you. The Apartment is Victorian, Grade-11 listed building in Blackheath, which is known as the secret village of Greenwich. Just down the road we have Greenwich Park and the beautiful riverside where you can stroll for miles with plenty of pubs and cafes to keep you fuelled. It is light, spacious and extremely comfortable. Tea, coffee and milk will be provided, and you have full access to the kitchen - please make sure you leave in condition you found it. Please treat my house as your home, and be mindful to the neighbours! I will not be present whilst you stay, and you have the property to yourselves though there will be somebody available 24/7 for any queries, advice or help you may need whilst staying.
You have access to very large living room, main bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and very large garden. You are welcome to use the wifi, TV's and DVD players aswell as the huge collection of books/DVD's we have on display. Also an extra single camp bed.
Interaction with guests
You can find everything within a few minutes of walking to Blackheath and Greenwich. Short walk to Blackheath Village you'll find plenty of bars, restaurants, museums and pubs as well as short walk away to Royal Observatory, Greenwich Meridian Line and Maritime Museum. I've lived here for 18 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in London. Interaction with the guests will be kept at a minimum, I will not be at the property at the time of visiting but there will be somebody there to greet you, show you around, settle you in and if you need any help or advice whilst staying.
Other things to note
Towels and bedding provided, you are welcome to use the shampoos and conditioner on display. You are also free to use the washing machine and tumble dryer/airer.
Please treat the flat in the same way you'd treat your own home. I have a very nice light coloured carpet throughout the apartment, could you please remove your shoes before entering the property in the communal hallway and be mindful when moving around with food/drink from the kitchen area to the living room.
No smoking in the property, please do so in the back/front garden. Ashtrays are provided that you'll need to take down with you.
