Across the street there is a large supermarket "Delhaize" where you can find anything (open Monday to Saturday from 8h30 to 20h and to 21h on Friday).
Just a short walk away is "Dageraadplaats". At this nice square there are many cafes, restaurants and snack bars.
It's a residential building so please respect the neighbours - no loud music/TV or noise, especially after 9pm.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside, only on the terrace.
Put waste into the waste bucket or white garbage bags. Put beverage cans and beverage cartons in the blue garbage bag. Keep empty glass bottles separately in the kitchen or on the rear terrace.
