We had a wonderful stay here — the location could not have been more central, the terrace space was stunning, and the accommodations were very comfortable for two people. We look forward to returning!
This is a really great terraced apartment. First off, the location is superb, from a tourist's perspective you are walking distance from almost everything. The terrace is perhaps the best thing about this apartment, it is a really great way to enjoy relaxing in the morning, the midday or evening. Only very rarely do people come to dry their clothes on the line on the adjacent patio, but this is well blocked off by netting so it feels like you have the whole roof of the building to yourself. It is great having the elevator as well! The kitchen is small but it is actually very well equipped. Just be sure not to keep any expensive electricals near the kitchen floor - there were mysterious puddles of water which formed while we were out a couple of the days with no indication where it came from. The (sofa-)bed was comfortable enough too, something which was missing from most of the other airbnb beds I tried in Italy! Wi-fi and aircon work well. The bathroom can smell a bit like damp rot sometimes (not very strong), and you must remember to switch the hot water on well in advance of needing it (a nasty surprise in the shower the first morning - hot water had not been mentioned to us upon check-in). However, if I come back to Rome, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again, it really is a great space at the top and I consider myself lucky to have stayed here.
We had a fantastic stay in Rome.
Punctual and very pleasant host.
Its a small but nice rooftop apartment. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom and confortable sofa bed.
Centrally located in the historic city of Rome with walking distance to all famous attraction.
The terrace is absolutely stunning!
Superb terrace apartment in the heart of Rome.
Location is great, we had everything within walking distance like the Piazzas, Trevi, Spanish Steps, Vila Borghese, Vatican and Colosseum.

Had such a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome. The patio is really out of this world and I can't imagine a more fabulous place to stay in Rome, truly. Frederico was very friendly, accommodating and graciously allowed us to stay another night, last minute. Highly recommended, book with confidence.
Fantastic terrace, great place, great location, great host. What else?
The patio and location were absolutely amazing. The sights and restaurants are all within a short walk. The apartment itself is very small, but suited us perfectly because Rome is not a city or place where you need indoor space! A grocery store is right around the corner and it's super quiet at night. Federico and his team were great and we had no problems at all. We hope to back soon!!
It was hot but everything was great. Fredrico was a great help with our constantly changing plans. Thanks again for all you hints and help!
The terrace is amazing. If you want a view, and a place to relax outside, stay here.
Otherwise it's a standard 1 bedroom apartment.
