It offers absolute privacy for private and exclusive use and has tasteful and comfortable decor.
Very well located in the medina, 5/10 minutes from
Jemaa el-Fnaa square through souks and markets.
The space

The Riad, built around a patio with a swimming pool, is a space where it is nice to gather with family or friends, offering all the comforts of a private house, while keeping a traditional chic layout in a quiet, lively or festive atmosphere depending on the events or hours of the day.
Its 5 air-conditioned rooms, cool in summer and warm in winter, combine contemporary comfort with traditional architecture that can accommodate up to 12 people.
The room overlooking the patio (6th bedroom) has no air conditioning.
All with private bathrooms and toilets, they have been individually decorated in which Moroccan craftsmanship is ubiquitous.
A cook is available to prepare your breakfasts and meals (at an extra charge) at your convenience according to a list of varied menus.
The kitchen is a private space for staff.
The Riad is a 5-10-minute walk to the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square.
After leaving the buzz of the souks and
taking the Derb Dabachi you will arrive in this quiet and charming little alley, which is the Derb Dalia.
The Riad is a peaceful oasis, with a touch of modernity in a traditional environment.
You will feel particularly good and at home, after a busy day in the souks of the medina or visiting the area.
At your leisure, you can relax on the lounges of the patio, unwind and cool off in the pool or enjoy from the terrace the panoramic views of the Red City and the stunning views offered by the Atlas.
The Riad is equipped with all amenities, such as Wi-Fi internet, TV, a safe.
The Riad is located in the heart of the Marrakesh medina (old town) 5-10-minute walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa square.
Guest access
The Riad is rented exclusively, so you will be the only ones to occupy it.
The 6 bedrooms each have their own private bathroom and toilet, towels and bed linen are provided, shampoo and shower gel are not.
The 6th bedroom overlooking the patio has no air conditioning (fan only).
The small additional room is available on request (one single bed) and has no private bathroom or air conditioning.
Shampoo and shower gel are not provided.
The washing machine is not self-service but at an additional cost (100 dirhams per machine).
The kitchen is a space reserved for staff.
The pool is not heated.
Please also note that the riad is a house and not a hotel, so it is not allowed to access our commissary. If you need extra towels, toilet paper or anything else, please ask our staff.
Bringing people other than tenants during the day or night hours is
strictly prohibited by Moroccan law and may result in sanctions and legal proceedings.

Airport transfers:
We offer a private transfer service for your arrivals/departures from Marrakech airport at a rate of 250 dirhams, per trip (up to 7 people and excluding night rate).

Breakfasts, dinners and transfers are to be paid on-site to my manager, Rachid, in dirhams (MAD).
The chimney is decorative and cannot be used, for safety reasons.
