Nina's guest house has just come out of a full renovation and represents a quintessential Trastevere apartment. The original furniture bring a delightful sense of Roman history, harmoniously matched by the contemporary and elegant furnishings. The owners have endeavoured to recreate a style reminiscent of the old Trastevere an papal Rome as it was in the nineteenth century, with the entire host of characteristic figures, such as Rugantino, Ciumachella, Mastro Titta, Meo Patacca and the famous Pasquino, all in a light, modern atmosphere. Every room has been made quite unique in the lines written on its walls in the dialect of Rome and dedicated to this magnificent city. This modern and perfectly organized guest house is located on the first floor of an ancient building with elevator, it is composed of five comfortable double bedrooms (en suite) one of which can be used for as many as four people and one is a suite, a spacious wardrobe for guests' belongings, a dining room with twelve chairs and a chaise lounge where you can relax after a hard day of sightseeing, a safety place where to leave luggage if you need to get the flight on the evening. The open kitchen is fully equipped if you choose to cook at home the fruit and vegetables bought at the nearby outdoor market.
The apartment is provided with air conditioning, wi-fi, iPod dock station, CD player, central heating, satellite TV, ...
Great apartment! Exactly what we needed! Thank you!
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your place in Trastevere!
We were 10 women who rented the whole place, and it was perfect. It is very central, clean, nice rooms and the service was very good. If we go back to Rome some day, we would love to stay here again.
The apartment is lovely with all the necessary amenities in every room. It is very conveniently located in front of the tram stop, about 20m from a supermarket and 50m walk to many good restaurants.
Valentina is a fantastic host. She explained 'how the apartment keys and amenities work', then gave us maps and marked out all the various sights and how to get there.
She also gave suggestions on cafes/restaurants nearby which were all very good.
I would definitely recommend this place and i would definitely stay there again when in Rome.
