We have 4 rooms and suites with private bathrooms and air conditioning. Breakfast is included and is served in the sun on the terrace or patio, sheltered from the mandarin and olive trees.
We can arrange your transfer from the airport to the Riad.
On arrival you will be welcomed as friends with traditional Moroccan hospitality around a Moroccan tea and pastries. In your room you will find complimentary bottled water.
With its traditional architecture, Riad ESSAADA is a small oasis of freshness and tranquility, a few minutes walk from the colorful and noisy chaos of the souks. Once at the Riad, relax in bhou (outdoor lounge) on the shaded patio, refresh yourself in the 3x2m pool, read or play a corner fireplace in the lounge inside or enjoy the sun on the terrace and the view of the snow-covered atlas.
Relax in our Hammam and go through the hands of Khadija for a relaxing massage.
After that, you can have lunch or dinner in a typical and traditional meal prepared by our cook.
The area offers a wide variety of restaurants (Cafe Arabe, Bougainvillea, Terrace Spice).
We can also organize day trips (Ourika Valley, the Ouzoud, Essaouira, Quad ...) or more days into the wilderness. (Zagora, Rose Valley ...)
Essaada Riad is very well located in the heart of the medina in the secure area of Mouassine 8 minutes walk from the famous Jemaa El Fna. Of numerous craft shops, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants enliven the area. It is also close to the main tourist places such as the Koranic school Ben Youssef, Koutoubia Mosque, the Museum of Photography .....
you will have access to everything except your personal Riad room and the kitchen is the domain of Khadija. (our excellent Moroccan cook)

Be respectful to the neighbours and staff as well as to other guests of the Riad. This ensures that, in case of conflict, people are always polite to each other without insults or scandal.
Bear in mind that Morocco is a Muslim country and although alcohol is sold on shops and supermarkets, consumption is only allowed indoors and it is strictly forbidden by law to drink it on the streets.
