Nestled in the stunning valley of Bajze, our tiny home offers a unique retreat surrounded by breathtaking views of Mount Kraja and the Mokset Hills. The orchard guard tower is conveniently located just one mile from the city center and two miles from Lake Shkoder, on an active homestead. This is the perfect spot for those looking to reconnect with nature and enjoy a hands-on experience.
The space
Inside, the tiny home combines modern amenities with stunning natural beauty. The double bed faces a floor-to-ceiling window, offering breathtaking views of the pomegranate orchard right from the comfort of your bed. The home also features efficient heating and cooling, a fully equipped kitchen, a walk-in shower, and a washer/dryer. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi, entertained by the TV and Projector, and enjoy the convenient USB and USB-C outlets. Plus, enjoy free parking for your convenience.

Embark on a scenic bike ride to the lake using our complimentary bikes, join guided hikes to the Mokset Castle, or explore the mount behind the homestead. It provides a spectacular 360-degree view of the valley, the beginning of the Albanian Alps, and Lake Shkoder, stretching all the way to Mount Kraja in Montenegro. After your adventures, unwind in hammocks under the vines or lounge on the balcony, soaking in the peaceful scenery of the birds, orchard, and garden.
As part of your stay, you’ll have the chance to enjoy our seasonal fruits, veggies, and nuts, freshly picked from our active food forest. With a bounty that changes throughout the year, including pomegranates, mulberries, plums, pears, walnuts, and more. You’ll experience the richness of Northern Albania's natural abundance firsthand.

The homestead is located 1 mile from center of Bajze. The last half mile is on a gravel road and single lane. Be cautious of roaming farm animals as other homesteads are on the same road. We are the last property gate at the end of the road.

We (Kim and I) live on my family's tenth generation homestead, vineyard and pomegranate orchard. We've have embraced all things homesteading, complete with a large garden, chickens, ducks and even a few pigs. The property perks include hammocks under the vines, trails with 360 views of the valley, and the pick of any seasonal fruit as you roam the garden. The tiny home overlooks the orchard and the Mokset hills.
