The space
This home sits on an area with beautiful Louisiana scenery. The property is secluded in between the cypress tree and Spanish moss which 360°s the entire house. It is a Camp that sits in the swamps of North Louisiana, which you find wildlife on the property year round. Public boat launch is within walking distance

Other things to note
There is a train track nearby. Train traffic at night has been very minimal. Can get busy during the day. The water levels can rise in the area very quickly between late February and August. The road can be muddy or rough depending on weather conditions. Cars can access the house when it’s dry, but a truck or suv is recommended. Lake Bistineau is currently being drained so the bayou in will start getting really low. There will be water in the bayou, even at full draw down, it will just be much shallower than normal
