Lovely newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath duplex home in very convenient Kennewick location close to Columbia River. It's on a quiet street. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, bake, and eat. Plenty of space for everyone! Bedroom #1 features a king size bed and Bedroom #2 has as queen and a twin bed. All linens included. Dogs are welcome on a case by case basis. Home features a deck off the living room with a partial view of the Columbia River and a large fully fenced yard.

The space
The top floor is the living area, featuring a beautiful kitchen, dining space, half bath, and living room, with access to the deck that overlooks the fully fenced backyard (a yard perfect for children & dogs!). The downstairs has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a laundry closet.
