Thank you very much for leaving us an honest feedback. We’re very sad to hear about the WiFi issues you encountered. We’re doing our best to make sure this is resolved before the next guest arrived. Being one of our newer properties, we’re also working on an information sheet.
Regarding the later check-out, we would have loved to accept your request, however, there was another check-in that day, and we needed to make sure the flat was ready before their arrival.
