The condo has been mostly renovated and designer furnished with modern décor. It has tile floors throughout for easy cleaning.
The condo has lots of windows with views of the ocean and the Condado Lagoon.
Amenities include a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, washer and dyer, large refrigerator, four burner cooktop with oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and wine fridge.
The condo is fully Air-conditioned and offers Free WIFI. There is Flat screen TV, Cable and DVD.
The bus and trolley stop is across the street as well as the beach. Restaurants of various cuisines, clubs, fitness facilities, hotels, casinos, shopping, pharmacies, and grocery stores are within walking distance.
This Condo has everything you need for your Caribbean vacation. Beach chairs, beach towels, ice chest, utility cart and plenty more. The only thing missing is you!

Other things to note
Even though the condo has an elevator, guests will need to walk a flight of stairs to get to it.
Listed price is for up to 6 adults. A $25USD will be charged for each additional adult.
Condominium is mostly residential. For your benefit and the benefit of other residents we ask that you respect the privacy and peacefulness of the condominium.
Air conditioner can be left running 24/7. But we ask that you turn it off if you are going to open and leave opened the windows or the balcony door.
There are 2 parking spaces (tandem) assigned to the unit. Guest must refrain from parking on any other space.
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or the building. If you need to smoke, we ask that you do so in the dock area behind the building. We remind you to be respectful to others and the environment. Dispose of you cigarettes properly. Do not throw them in the ground or in the water.
As funny as it may sound, we ask that if you feel the need to dye your hair, please refrain from doing so during your stay. Too many damaged linens and towels!
Pets are not allowed but will be consider on a case by case basis.
Our common access key is control by the condominium management. A $100 USD will be charged for any lost key. And a $35 USD will be charged for a lost or damage gate opener.
