The space
HOUSE RULES:
Must be 25 years or older to book cabin
Must provide DL through multi-step guest verification process
Must sign and complete rental agreement and its entirety at time of payment. Emailed separately.
May not exceed maximum occupancy of house per listing
Pets not allowed. Guests who bring undisclosed pets will be charged a minimum of $250 per pet and may incur additional cleaning or damage fees at the host’s discretion.
No smoking in houses or disposing of trash outside
No loud music outside of home
No parties or events
Remove trash from inside and place in outside receptacle
Place towels in bathroom shower upon departure
Empty fridge upon departure
Wash all dirty dishes and start dishwasher with dish tabs left for Guest
Report all accidental damages to property
ITEMS WE PROVIDE:
Initial supply of paper towels and toilet paper (we recommend that you bring an extra supply if you are staying longer than two days or have a large group.)
Trash bags
All liquid soaps with the exception of laundry detergent
Linens and towels (four bath, two hand towels and 4 wash cloths per bedroom; quantities are provided for each house based on sleeping arrangements; futon and pullout linens wrapped in cellophane will be in the nearest closet to the sleeper)
Cleaning micro-fibers under kitchen sink. Please do not use white towels to clean up.

Matches or lighter for fire pits
Duraflame logs for cabins with wood-burning fireplaces

Foil, baggies, cellophane wrap etc.
HOT TUB USAGE:
Please ensure that the hot tub cover is on and latched into place after using the hot tub. If this is not done, the large cover can be blown off causing damage, or debris can enter causing lower levels of sanitation.
Make sure to monitor children's activities in the hot tub as they are not familiar with the controls and can easily cause damage.
Please DO NOT allow sitting or standing on the hot tub covers. They are made of Styrofoam and break easily.
For your protection, we provide additional chemicals for use during your stay to help you maintain the correct level of sanitation. This container can be found on the table next to the guest information book. Follow the directions by adding the Enhanced Shock after you use the tub each time. If you cannot find the Enhanced Shock near the tub or are having difficulty with operation, please call guest services at the number below.
