It was a wonderful experience for us. The place was perfect. The room was so nice and the bed was so comfortable. Demetrio met us and helped with our luggage. We would have liked to have stayed a few more days. The area was so beautiful and we enjoyed our time there. The pictures were very accurate.
We had to change our arrival time on the day, Demetrio was really accommodating and was waiting for us at the agreed time.
He gave us a choice of the available rooms, we chose the one on the third floor which had a breath taking view of the bay but we would have been happy with any of them. The room was well lit, well decorated and very clean. Its a room we would be happy to spend the day in just reading our books (if we had the time). Breakfast was included in the room price and was delicious!
Demetrio was quick to respond to our queries and provided information on parking prior to our arrival.
Scilla is a wonderful, quiet beach side town and we wish we could have stayed longer.
We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.
What a fantastic AirBnB experience, our host Demetrio bounded onto the railway platform no sooner than we had left the train, to transfer us to the little fishing village at Scilla, with a cool drink waiting on arrival and plenty of help and advice to assist us during our stay. Demetrio or as he prefers Mimi, could not have done more to make us welcome and the beautiful room with the most amazing views was truly the most romantic accommodation we have ever experienced, what a joy. I think Scilla must be one of Italy's best kept secrets, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.
Brilliant host, never met him, but he did make sure that we get to place correctly. He was constantly in touch with us regarding the time we come. As said, sea view, clean, all the modern facilities. Really enjoyed our stay there.
Great town. Great place to stay. Large windows with beautiful rooms. Air conditioning. Everything we needed to feel at home. Would recommend.
