Interaction with Guests
I respect guest's privacy but always try and say hi and check in if guests have any questions or need some local knowledge. The odd free wine tasting is offered to guest who would enjoy that. I own a winery and make my beautiful BC Wine products available to guests at winery direct prices.

Very great experience in Mark's house. Mark provides all necessary home facilities. My family and I spent 4days stay in Mark's house, we felt it just a home. My family appreciated very well. central location in the city, convenience transportation to downtown and everywhere. Quiet residential area, and there are many restaurants and coffee shop around this district. This is my first experience in Airbnb. Thanks Mark.
My mother and I stayed at Main Street Vineyard for 8 days and had a great experience. The place was clean and as described. Mark greeted us and offered answers to our questions about things ranging from public transportation to local dining. He was very nice and available if needed. We had an unexpected snafu with the refrigerator breaking and he immediately offered us space in his fridge as well as supplying us with a cooler, and was working toward replacing it. The area is an easy bus ride to downtown and has several great shops and eateries in walking distance. I would recommend Main Street Vineyard and would definitely stay there again if I return to Vancouver.
The Main Street Vineyard was just what we were looking for in our stay in Vancouver. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a lovely residential area close to shops and restaurants. Mark was helpful and welcoming. We had the opportunity to taste some of his wine, which was an extra bonus! Would definitely choose to stay there again
The house was in a great location, very easily accessible to the city via public transport. The listing did match the description, however we did feel a bit cramped having 3 people in the listing. The kitchen was adequate size, however was a bit messy. The bed was very comfortable - certainly the highlight, the sleeper couch was good for a sleeper couch. The spa was a great addition to have after a day out.
The only let down was the plumbing in the bathroom. The bath water would not drain for hours, so we had to stand in dirty/slimy water to shower. There was also a small issue with the sink not working either.
We would recommend this place if less than 3 people and also if the plumbing is confirmed to be fixed.
Mark was very friendly and it was easy to check in.
Mark was very communicative and gave us excellent recommendations for local experiences and places to eat. The apartment was clean and comfy, we really enjoyed our stay there. We didn't get to meet Mark as he was away in Spain but he was very helpful and responsive via the AirBnb app, and even got a friend round to unlock his laundry room for us when wen wanted to do some washing. Vancouver was amazing!
I really enjoyed the location. Walking distance to my sister's place. Suite was clean and comfortable. Welcome package very helpful especially restaurants around the area. Overall, it would be a place I would come back to stay at in the future.
We stayed at Mark's place, the Main Street Vineyard for a few days during our visit to Vancouver. The suite is really nice and clean, close to bus routes and other restaurants. Mark was really helpful and supportive. He helped us fix the drainage problem quickly so we can enjoy our stay. We would definitely recommend the place to everyone.
