About this listing
Our flat is located near the center of Stavanger.
The apartment is light and spacious on the 3rd floor with a nice karma.
The apartment is accomodated with a kitchen, bathroom with shower, tv and internet. We have a lifted bed in the loft and it´s possible to make a very comfy bed out of the sofa. We have a crib for a baby or young child, in a separate bedroom. On cold days we use a wood stove to heat the flat (there is no central heating). The garden is shared with two other apartments and free to use. The place is ideal for two adults and one baby/child.
It's a central but very quiet neighbourhood, shops, playgrounds, and tourist center are within short walking distance.
We have recently installed a new kitchen and will put soon new pictures online.
No smoking inside

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment which was quiet and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were at the end of a hiking holiday and needed some rest and this was the place for it.
My wife and I had a very nice time at Goedele and Simon's apartment. The location is great and the space is light and airy. The hosts are very nice, accommodating, helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended for a stay in Stavanger.
Great experience in Stavanger!
Nice and cosy apartment, very close to city-centre (some minutes walk) in quiet area.
Correct communication and clear arrangements.
This place was great. The attic flat is actually much larger than I expected and had plenty of room for 3 people, if not more - as there is a loft and secondary bed in the other room, in total, it was 3 rooms plus a kitchen and bath. Very nice style and a lovely place to stay.
You will not find a better value in Stavanger. Goedele & Simon were just wonderful to communicate with and most helpful.
This is a bright and open space in a great neighborhood, but it had not been cleaned or re-stocked, so there was no salt or sugar in the kitchen- even ran out of toilet paper. The dishwasher is broken and there was no dish soap, so I literally had to try and wash dishes with a bar of soap!
This place has no central heating, so it's a bit of a challenge in the cool weather. There is a wood stove in the center room, but it's hard to regulate. They don't allow shoes in the apartment, so bring your slippers!
Goedele & Simon have a wonderful loft apartment near the centre of town that we were very happy to stay in. We did not meet them but had great communication before and during our visit. The apartment is clean and light with a good kitchen and shower room, a great open plan living & sleeping space, a tv & strong fast wifi It is only a short stroll down to the town. We really appreciated having a kitchen and fridge as Norway is just so expensive. It was much nicer to get a pizza and salad from the nearby coop supermarket and eat in the open plan loft than pay what seemed to us astonishing amounts at local restaurants. G & S left us lots of tourist information and maps and we had a great day out climbing up Pulpit Rock (a hard climb though!) - with out of this world views.
An excellent apartment hosted by excellent people. Highly recommended.. .
