Interaction with Guests

In a personable way and in a friendly manner. We treat others as we were treated in Europe when we stayed in airbnb locations in Italia. We seek to have happy arrangements & good communications with anyone interested. We also have a sense of humor. We appreciate thoughtful conversations. And quiet evenings. Please do not talk loudly on your cell phones in our house after 11:00 p.m. - 7 a.m. as it disturbs our dream time in the Dream. We value our beauty-renewal sleep time.

The Neighborhood

We enjoy the trees & greenery and closeness to the woods in the midst of a suburban-city area with Shopping Malls, doctors, & hospitals proximate and our big back yard & garden.
It's not far to go to pick up groceries or anything from our house. At night, the neighborhood can get very quiet especially in winter season.

Getting Around

We also have a new little coffee maker. If you want coffee anytime, help self to cooler purified Diamond Rock water and brew up a decent cup or two of our fresh Green Mountain or Moon Doggie coffee as you like. Just be careful to shut off the coffeemaker and please unplug the cord from the outlet later. WE recycle the used coffee ground to our garden to help the topsoil and the new veggie seedling that will go in on May 15th. Thank you.

***Please direct the flow of the shower water away from the tile grout verticals on the walls as they wear down the tile grouts & a flood could happen into the ceiling of Living Room down under it. ( We just had the tile grouts renewed about 4 - mos. ago in 2016. But we don't want a repeat of anything like that.
