The apartment is very cosy, clean and with lovely atmosphere. It is equiped with air conditioner (cool/hot system) and wireless connection. . it is situated in a really cool area of Madrid, in a Interesting, multicultural neighborhood called Lavapies. There nare many tapas bars, restaurants (some of them vegans) and supermarkets around. It is also perfectly situated to explore the city, max 15 min walk from all Madrid attractions. Perfect for a city break!

It is a recently renovated house, cozy, and bright with two Balconies to quiet and typical streets of Madrid. The apartment is perfect for four people, with a spacious and nice bedroom, and a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped.
