•A/C & Heating Info•
Our cabin is equipped with a ductless mini-split system located in the loft that provides both air conditioning and heating to the main and upper floors, keeping you comfortable in every season. We also have a cozy wood-burning stove in the living area—perfect for chilly mountain evenings. (wood provided)

The basement does not have A/C but stays naturally cool in summer and includes a fan for added comfort. In the winter, the basement is heated with its own mini-split controlled by a thermostat.

We do not have central heat/air

We also provide 3 portable fans for your use

•THINGS TO NOTE•
In snow season, carry tire chains, check road conditions, and be ready to walk through snow to get to the cabin. Keep the shovel at the bottom of the stairs to clear them.

Dangerous wildlife is common here. Please avoid leaving trash in or around your vehicle.

The cabin is professionally cleaned before each stay, but as it's in the mountains, occasional spiders, insects, cobwebs, or mice may appear. These are normal and don't reflect the cleanliness of the cabin

No refunds or cancellations due to weather. Power outages may occur during extreme weather or wildfire seasons. A flashlight and lantern are provided near the front door for use. Please consider this part of the mountain experience.

Cell service can be spotty in the mountains so always download offline maps before heading to the mountains.

We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests total, including children. Unfortunately, we’re unable to host additional guests beyond this limit.

•CAMERAS•
We have two security cameras on the property: one facing the driveway and one as a Ring doorbell. These cameras are for your safety and will not be actively monitored during your stay.

•SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS•
The cabin sleeps 10-12 ppl comfortably. For 12 people (including children), you can use futons, mini cribs, and bed sharing. Check the bedroom and bed setups to ensure it works for your group.

•HAZARDS TO NOTE•
Supervise young children in the loft area - we have added additional slats to make the loft safe for children (Not pictured)
