We have a tasteful eclectic household within walking distance to the University of Utah and downtown Salt Lake City. You have access to off street parking, wifi, laundry facilities and fresh greens and veggies from our organic garden.
You are also welcome to enjoy the Spanish courtyard with a fire pit and raised sandstone flower beds. You can enjoy movies on the big screen with the projector in the living room.
We have plenty of kitchen space and natural lighting, so make yourself at home. Also, there are 1.5 Baths available that are shared.
Another nice thing about this place is that we are 1 block from the Trax station which can take you to the airport, no car needed. Bikes available for rent.
Brady was a wonderful host! Provided tips on how to use the public transportation system, sites to check out, even offered to pick me up at the nearby station when I arrived. House was clean, organized, and he even provided me with a bathroom towel (oops, I forgot). Dogs were very friendly, too! Down-to-earth guy who is up to making new friends and highlighting all the great things SLC has to offer. House within walking distance to downtown & the college :)
Brady's garden is very impressive. Very nice host. He offered to loan us bikes and took the time to give us tips on what do to in Salt Lake City. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Brady!
Brady was a great host and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. The home is in a nice location and in walking distance to several cafes and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable.
Brady was a great host. He responded to my request very quickly and offered me a different room because he had given his original posting to out of town visitors. My plans even changed after I booked the room and Brady let me adjust my booking without any problems.
We didn't get to chat too much, but overall, he was very respectful and friendly.
Brady was a fantastic host. He was particularly communicative and made sure I had everything I needed to make the stay successful, which is really nice when arriving in a brand new city late at night. He even made me breakfast in the morning, can't beat it.
His house is a short, easy walk from TRAX and is true to the description. There is ample space and a nice garden out back.
I'd highly recommend staying with Brady.
I am from New Mexico originally, but moved to SLC in 2002. I work online and enjoy a lot of freedom and variety in my job. I have a giant garden that takes up some of my spare time. I also enjoy Ultimate and Latin dancing in my spare time.
