Casa Iulia Lucretia is an apartment located at the ground floor of a historic building of XIV century, just in front of a beautiful view on Augustus Forums (Fori Imperiali) and the huge columns of Temple of Mars the Avenger.
After the entrance hall surrounded by 'san pietrini' and historic columns you'll arrive to the apartment. At the entrance there is a kitchenette (equipped with everything you may need), then there's the main room with a wardrobe, a dining table, a futon that easily opens becoming an extra bed (70cm x 200cm : 27in x 79in ) and a comfy European-Queen size bed (160cm x 200cm : 63in × 79in).
Going few steps up you'll access to the anteroom (with washing machine and shelves where we keep the First Aid KIT and our cleaning stuff) and then to the bathroom where you will also find a relaxing bath-tub with shower.
For children 0-4 years old we provide a cot and a high chair, for free charge obviously!
Interaction with guests
My sister Lucrezia or I will be there waiting into the apartment to welcome you.
As soon as you have booked we will immediately notify our email and cell phone number, so we can keep in touch in case of need, even via Whats App or Viber!
Other things to note
In the district there are lots of restaurants, taverns, wine bars, pubs and much more. But the building is not attached to any of those places and the walls of the building are more than a meter thick, so your sleep will be very peaceful!
The area is safe, your neighbors will be our President of Italian Republic and the Mayor of Rome then I guess you can walk safe.
Anyway Rome is a big city, so if you are alone in the middle of night just don't ask "what time is it?" to sinister shadows in the dark ;)
# CLEANING FEE: 30€ to be paid cash or by credit card on the spot upon arrival;
# CHECK IN: from 13:00 or flexible;
# CHECK OUT: before 10:00 or flexible;
# No extra fees if you'll arrive late or evening/night;

# I always send to my guests a "travel-form" by email, it is a form in Word .doc with some fields to fill out such as time of landing, of departure, etc., in order to better arrange the stay;
# At the arrival I'll have also to check and take note of your passport or ID (if it is valid for EU) details because I have to report them to Police, as required by italian law;
# Finding parking in Rome is very hard, imagine then in a protected area of the Historical Center! So if you know you'll come by car please let me know while you are booking.
From Aug 1 - 31, 2018 the minimum stay is 7 nights.
