Nestled high in the hills of Havers overlooking the sea, guests will have to be forgiven for feeling they are living on top of the ocean. Our quiet, breezy and private 4 bedroom villa with a shared pool and A/C in the bedrooms will be the perfect resting place after your Tortola adventures.

The space
The sunny and open-air feel of our home is what makes it so unique and enjoyable. The house is equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. You won't need to think about anything! It is a very private location with the most amazing views and natural trade wind ventilation throughout the whole property.

The house is freshly painted and refinished throughout with the vast majority of fixtures, appliances and furniture replaced with new.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and property, including the pool.

Other things to note
There are other (long term) tenants living on the property but it is very likely that you will not encounter them. The pool is shared with them, but you have your own private space, terrace and entrance.

Havers Hill is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Tortola. It is secure, accessible, and private and has amazing views and breeze! The neighborhood is only a 3 minute drive from Nanny Cay Marina and Resort, and only 15 minutes from Road Town, West End and the north shore beaches. Plus, being located about half way up our hill, we get the best breezes and views in the entire island!
