The space
The Studio @7 St Andrews has an open plan living and sleeping area with a dedicated workspace as well as a large kitchen island with under counter bar stools.

The unit is attached to our family home in the leafy green suburb of Glenadrienne. The unit is very private as it is located behind our garage and away from our main garden and the rest of our house.

There is a large paved area outside the unit where you can park your cars and there is also a small garden which is ideal for having a braai.

Guest access
The main gate to the property from the street is shared but the unit is located to the left of our garages where there is more than enough parking space for two cars.

Access to the unit is through bi-fold (stacking) doors.

The unit is on ground level with no stairs.

Please note that no smoking is permitted on the property (that is not inside nor outside).
