The alarm doesn’t go off here. You wake up to the Rufous Treepie calling from the canopy, mist lifting slowly over the Western Ghats (mountain range), and the smell of breakfast already being prepared by your on-site cook. This is Songs of the Treepie — a privately owned, architect-designed estate tucked into the coffee estates of Virajpet, Coorg.

We built this place for people who want to genuinely switch off — not just change their postcode.

The space
Designed by architects with a deliberate philosophy: let the landscape in. Floor-to-ceiling views of the Western Ghats, contemporary interiors that don’t compete with the scenery, and spaces that feel equally good for a lazy morning with coffee or a late night around the fire.
The estate sleeps 8 guests comfortably (can accommodate up to 14), with air conditioning throughout, high-speed WiFi, and full backup power — so you never lose comfort while surrounded by nature.

Come back from a forest walk to a hot lunch. End the evening with a home-style dinner that tastes like it belongs in Coorg. No restaurants to book, no deliveries to wait for.
