If you would like to drop off any luggage before check-in, please let us know and we are happy to meet you there and secure the luggage. Also, if the apartment is ready and open before the scheduled check in time, we’re free to let you have it early at no additional cost.

If you have any issues with the lock, please let us know. The first and easiest recommendation is to try and push the door a little harder. It’s a large door and on occasion, just requires a little extra push.

A key takeaway from the video: when you leave, to lock the door, all you have to do is press the red button.

Pet-Friendly Home: Well-behaved pets are welcome. Please be respectful of the space and clean up after your pet.
