As often as needed. Live in Dublin so not on site. Cleaner and babysitter available locally. Eva will do key handover or can post in advance. Alternatively I can meet in Dublin and handover there.
Wonderfully quirky town with great pubs and restaurants. Gateway to West Cork & Wild Atlantic Way with amazing scenery, towns & craftspeople. Happy planning!

Other Things to Note
Welcome pack in house. Can email pack in advance if you'd like.
Fiona made us feel very welcome! We arrived to find a bottle of wine and and a welcome package of food. The house was comfortable and homey with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
If I was ever going to list my house on AirBnB, this is the standard I'd strive for. My husband and I arrived in Kinsale after flying in from Amsterdam and I was quite ill, so after a quick tour of the place I went straight up to bed. The house was so cozy and comfortable that I didn't even get that horrible "sick away from home" feeling. Luckily I was feeling better the next day so was able to enjoy the breakfast foods left for us by the host, as well as the comfy chairs, washing machine, and wifi. The location was picturesque and perfect for exploring the town - we'd pop back in for a few minutes throughout the day to use the toilet or drink a glass of water. Definitely our favorite AirBnB experience of this trip so far - a home away from home! I'd insist that anyone I know visiting Kinsale stay here.
This was a GREAT place to stay in beautiful Kinsale! Fiona and Eva were very easy to contact and helpful in every way!
Fiona left tea and snacks for us, she found a ride for us from the airport and checked on us while we were there. She had a notebook prepared for the house and local interests. Everything was aimed at the comfort of the guests, from the blankets on the chairs, to the reclining chairs. The house is beautifully furnished and well kept. It is steps from town. It is at the top of a large set of stairs, so you have to be able to maneuver the steps or a steep hill. It was a great place and a lovely town. We loved it!
We loved our visit to Kinsale. 5 Stony Steps is in the heart of town, very convenient to shops and dining! Fiona's home is clean and comfortable we are a family of four and it was perfect. Thank you Fiona!!
Fiona's house is located in the beautiful town of Kinsale. It was a wonderful place to stay - there are three bedrooms and a superbly stocked kitchen. It was sparkling clean and very welcoming.
Fiona even left us a care package on our arrival which was absolutely wonderful.
I would highly recommend this lovely home. There is access to stunning scenery, lovely towns and great places to cycle and walk.
Just back from a memorable few days in Kinsale. Fiona made life very easy with all the arrangements and someone was there, as arranged, waiting on the doorstep to greet us and give us the key. Stoney Steps is a highly recommended, beautiful retreat - close enough to the main action in town that it's only a 3-5 min walk, but far enough away for quiet time and privacy. What looked to us like a small cottage from the outside was like the tardis on the inside with a generous lounge, separate kitchen/diner and 3 lovely bedrooms upstairs. All in pristine condition with lovely decor. We all had a wonderful long weekend away, made all the more perfect for perfect weather (no rain for the entire 4 days!). Very unexpectedly we spent one whole day on a gorgeous sandy beach in full sunshine - in Ireland! Definitely worth a visit and can't thank Fiona enough as a host for making it all so easy. Kinsale is beautiful and thoroughly worth adding to your must-see spots in Ireland.
Marketer and traveller. I live in Dublin but rent out Kinsale - my home from home. When I am not working, I like to try new things and see new places. Love reading and lots of sport including hurling, rugby and golf.
