This is a sweet 1 bed room mother in law suite attached to another home. Its modern and has great amenities.

This is a fully furnished 1 bedroom Suite Mother In law unit built next two a two story house, open shower, wide doors and layout for mobility.
It is separate and private from our home and sleeps 6 people super snug. 4 comfortable and 2 guests super comfortable.
1 Queen Bed in room
1 Queen Pull out bed in living room.
1 Queen Air mattress.
This is a newer construction unit.
The unit has it's own keyless entry.

***There is a dog next door that can be heard 98% of guests never notice but we wanted to make note.

Please be aware that sound travels through the ventilation system of the entire house, so noise should be kept to a minimum after 10:00pm and let us know if you plan to have any guests other then those registered as overnight guests.
We have great parking in a private driveway 10ft from unit door, which guests are reserved one stall to park in.

*Additional cars may use the free city street parking across the street from unit.
*We require all guests staying in space to register with us individually prior to check in so that everyone has full information and guidelines for home.
If you are interested in transportation service, we do also operate a Transportation Company. We have vehicles from Town Cars to Party Buses available for all inclusive night life, casino, ski/snow board, beer or city tours.
Event sports game shuttles to Century Link or Safeco fields, depending on the sport. If you are on foot, this unit is also close to Seattle's Light Rail public transportation stations.
Cherie and I are very laid back hosts and try to accommodate as many requests as possible, but we need your help by using open communications - Communication is KEY.
We love to entertain and have fun, do not be surprised if we offer to include you in our day or nightlife activities that we may have at our house or at one of our venues in the city.
We also do our best to keep our Suites presentable and clean to most standards, although this may not fit every single guest's expectations, so please feel free to contact us with questions or concerns as we are more than willing to attempt to accommodate all of our guests needs.
We are available 24 hours a day by phone, if you need to contact us after 10:00pm, please do so via text unless it's an emergency. After booking with us, our House Manual will be available for you to view for all contact phone numbers and more details on house procedures.

We are available to our guests for any needs, we usually great most of our guests upon arrival.

*Unit is connect to main house, has separate and private entrance. ***There is a small dog next door that can be heard at times.

*Standard Check-In time is at 4:00pm and Check-Out is at 11:00am; These times are flexible with advance notice.
*No Smoking inside unit (strict policy)
*Remove shoes in Unit (Thank you for removing your shoes while in the home)
*No minors left unattended
*1 Parking spot in front of unit is included; additional cars and guests must park across the street (west of house on opposite side of 23rd Ave on McClellan Street)
*Keep noise and music to a minimum after 10:00pm
*Full use of kitchen, kitchenware and towels ARE included in the cleaning fee;
dishware left unclean IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE CLEANING FEE.
-Please see the fees below to be deducted from deposit if left unclean:
$15 for glassware only
$25 Dishware only or w/ glassware
$35 for pots, pans or appliances
*Vomiting $250 Cleaning Fee (Even if you attempt to clean it yourself)
