Thank you very much for your stay at the apartment. We really enjoyed meeting you:D and thank you very much for your feedback, very much appreciated. Yes, the apartment has 2 gardens on both side of the apartment so real earth behind the exterior walls of the apartment, the very good thing is that it is a real quiet apartment as it is surrounded by gardens only so you hear no traffic yet you can enjoy a very central point within walking distance of everything to do in Dublin City center, the downside is yes, there is extra moisture in the air as the apartment is surrounded by gardens but it is a fine apartment if you put the heating a little bit in cold weather. We will put an electric towels dryers.

Thank you very much for staying with us and for your feedback. Having lived in the building with my 3 young kids for nearly 2 years last year, we never had an issue with neighborhood, it is perfectly safe.
The apartment is best fitted for Guests who are looking for a place to sleep, rest and clean, it is a simple, no frill, compact, very quiet, low price apartment which is 10 minutes walk to O'connell street.

Thank you very much for staying with us. We always do our best to make sure that our guests have a great experience when staying with us. We have to say that we are very surprise by your comments and we think are not very fare.
You said that we were nice hosts so how come you did not contact us straightaway to tell us about the things which were supposed to be wrong. We told you that we were only 15 minutes away should you need anything and we would have been very happy to come and fixe things straightaway for you. when we arrived at the apartment, it was totally upside down, we have never seen the apartment looking so bad, the shower head was completely broken up and opened up, the keys of the apartment were not returned so we had to change the lock and make new keys, no electricity money was left on the table for your electricity expenses as it was not included in the rental and was explained on the description of the apartment and on arrival, the mirror in the kitchen/ dining area was off the wall, dirty intimate clothings were left all over the place. We think that something went wrong with you. maybe drinking too much to a point of not thinking straight, ie calling us, contacting us. Any normal guest would ring in an emergency to get the shower working again as it is pretty major, we had to buy another shower head, it is all fixed now, the way it was broken up and totally open up, it looked like it was interfere with, the glass miror is secured again, in one year and 3 months it had been on the wall, it never fell off, anyway it is secured again.
Maybe, you did not want to pay for your own electricity consumption, we don't know but the heaters are working perfectly, we agree with you that if the apartment is not heated in the middle of the winter it is pretty miserable. We prefer to give our guests low rental rate and let our Guests to be responsible for their electricity need, it is explained in the description of the apartment and on arrival.
The hob and the oven are working perfectly too, there is a child safety switch which needs to be switch on before any electricity can come on the 4 ring hob, it was explained to you on your arrival, maybe you did not understand us, why did you not communicate with us on all of those issues??they would have been sorted in less than one hour. It is your special stay, we want you to be happy. If there was anything that the cleaner had forgotten to clean which we are very surprised about, we would have come ourselves and re- clean it for you. The blind is working perfect in the kitchen, we have Belgium guests at the moment and they have the blind in the kitchen down for their privacy so we don't understand your issue on it. Again, had you communicated with us on it, we would have been very happy to come and fix everything for you immediatly and you would have had no issue. We cannot guess, communication works both ways, we cannot guess.
Please, in the futur, if there is anything going wrong in your rented accomodation, do communicate with your host either by mail or by text or by calling the phone.
We really don't understand why you did not communicate with us.
We are trying our best to make our guests feel very welcome and want them to have a great stay in Dublin with us.

We have welcomed many guests on Airbnb from all over the world and have been very happy doing it. Things went really wrong with Elenia and her family on so many areas.
- they managed to get so lost and did not communicate with us and after waiting for them for near,y 3 hours, we rang them, they went walking in the opposite direction and crossed the all city and they eventually arrived at the apartment, they were very upset, we turned the radiators on to warm the apartment for their arrival but wanting them off, so we turned them off. They booked and paid for 4 guests but they were 5 guests, we did not mind them paying when they arrived, they did not pay, so got away with 56 euros. They seem to have trouble reading the description of the apartment as they said they were not aware of the electricity payment and they refused to pay on departure so another 15 euros went missing. So we supposed they had to justify and find things to say in order of no payment. We have to say that they were not honest and if they have difficulties with payment, maybe it might be wise not to travel. Our apartment rate is good value and the electricity is only cost price only for what it is used. The apartment is really quiet but surrounded by gardens so yes, of course, in the winter, it needs to be properly heated, if not it is not going to be great. We make no apologies about it combined with the fact that ireland has a humid weather, it is important to do so. The towels were very clean and tried, I don't know why we got that comment for the first time, we guessed they were. Dry upset by being so lost, we got no apologies from them as we had been waiting for them for a long time.
There is nothing wrong with this apartment, there could be a bit of dampness if not heated properly, a cold apartment is never nice, we cannot do everything, heating is not expensive it is 0.17 cent per kW and as our guests spend most of their time outside and enjoying themselves, it is no point in including it with the rental cost making it cheaper for our guests and they are free to decide what they want to consume.
We think it is a brilliant, transparent system.
Usually, our guests are brilliant and very honest, we rarely have this issue.
