This historic property has been in existence since 1832 and has been lovingly maintained with a backdrop of the Adirondacks beyond the picturesque pasture.
This one bedroom apartment is located downstairs in the two story duplex.

The space
This is the bottom floor apartment of the duplex on our property. There is a living room with a pullout sofa, and a small private bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a full gourmet kitchen, and a washer and dryer in the unit.

Guest access
Feel free to explore the back of the property. For your safety please do not go into the barn. It is in the process of being restored. Mosquitos, ticks, and other bugs are part of nature here, please take precautions.

Please note that guests must be 21 years old or older.
Absolutely no tobacco use.
This is a peaceful and quiet setting, please respect the guests and neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum.
