Enjoy your morning coffee on the giant screened-in back porch, relax by the fire pit, or head out for a day trip to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, or Knoxville (all just a short drive away).

You’ll love the private dock, outdoor dining areas, and the easy access from I-40—less than 5 minutes away!

**Douglas Lake does fluctuate levels based on seasonal changes and dock may not be floating and ramp may not be usable in winter months - check first if that is important to you.**

**Driveway circles around back yard and down to the boat launch ramp - no need to back in from main road.**

**A lot of parking for trucks, trailers, campers, buses, etc.**

**We have another property within walking distance if you need to accommodate a larger group.**
