  • Ines was very nice and was there to welcome us.
The location is good if you need the train, near the Termini Train Station.

  • The location of this apartment was good and close to the train station and was cheap. The time we stayed there though was really hot. Mid 90s during the day and 80 at night. This was a problem because the building had no air conditioning and we were told twice that we would get a fan and we never received one. We were told we couldn't keep the windows open either because they had a cat that would come in and pee on everything. So that was pretty miserable. Also our bed was a king size mattress on top of a full size matters on the floor. So it was really uneven and would cause one person to tilt when the other moved around. For the price and area it wasn't bad but the heat combined with no air conditioning, fan, or windows was pretty miserable and I would pass on this place just based on that alone.

  • Accomodation was alright. You can expect what you pay for.. Bathroom wasn't so clean as I would expect. We didn't use kitchen and didn't stay at room for long time. If you're are looking for place where to sleep then this room would be alright.
Neighbourhood seems not so safe because we were 2 alone girls. Maybe better to go there with man (would feel better).
Ines and her friend were very friendly to us!
I would recommend this place to people which don't expect too much..

  • I have mixed feelings about this place. True, the neighborhood looks "scary", but thats part of its beauty, the diversity of people, so i have no problems with that. It is just in front of the train station which is a big, big plus. The Colosseum is reachable with a nice walk.
Now the room and flat. I like a lot the style they used for decorating the whole flat: full of bright colors. We used the red room you see in the pictures, which is the guest room. The second room is where Ines and Luca sleep.
The double bed in the red room is a mattress over a smaller mattress, which gives a lot of instability to it, so if you got 2 people sleeping, when one moves or stands up, the other side of the mattress will jump as well.
We were a party of 3 (my parents and I). The third sleeping place was the narrow chair/bed that you can see in picture 2, in the corner of the room, under the "tree". True, it is very narrow, but it was surprisingly very comfortable!
I have to say it was not so nice to use the kitchen when it had dirty dishes in the sink for coupe of days. We did cook, but did our dishes right away. If i have (paying) guests in my flat, i would keep my kitchen clean. I had no big issues with that, but my parents were very unimpressed by that. eventually they did do the dishes, i have to admit.
Be aware there is a cat in the flat, so you need too keep the door and windows closed.
Ines and Luca were very friendly and helpful. Would have loved to talk more with them!
Would is stay again there? i think so! but not with my parents :-)
Would i recommend it? If you are young and uncomplicated, definitely yes!

  • She had some problems about her flat, but she offered us another place. We couldn't meet her but her friend Flippa was really nice and friendly host. Thank you very much!

  • It's nice to stay here with such artistic paintings on the wall. This is my first time staying at BnB, and this room definitely gave me a good impression. The location is good, near Central station, just 5-minute walk. We met Ines once, she is helpful and friendly. :)
