- BE VERY RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBOURS.
If they get mad at us, we’re going to have problems keeping our project alive. Use common sense and don’t do anything you think might bother them.
- PLEASE DO NOT WEAR HEELS OR ANY SORT OF NOISY SHOES when you walk around the house. Especially at night. This is an old apartment. Our floor is not very rich. People living above us can hear everything.
- DON’T BE LOUD ON THE STAIRS. It takes 30 seconds to get to the front door to our apartment. Please keep it extremely quite as you’re doing so. Especially at night.
- TAKE A SECOND TO MEMORIZE OUR APARTMENT’S DOOR, so that you won’t have problems coming back home. This will also prevent any accidental attempts of breaking into our neighbours’ houses. They might not like that.
- HELP US KEEP THE HOUSE CLEAN by leaving no trace of your activities.
-DON'T LEAVE ANYTHING VALUABLE IN THE ROOM-WE ARE NOT RESPONSABLE!!!
After some unpleasant situation is forbidden to leave money in the room.
- KEEP THE NOISE DOWN AFTER 10 PM.
Be aware that other roommates might be asleep as well as the rest of the building
Great location with elevator access. We arrived Rome at 0600 by train, the usual check-in time is 1130, but Inês was very sweet and made us check-in earlier as she can. The room looks the same as the photos listed in Airbnb. Nice and cozy. Shared bathroom. Nice kitchen with lots of food and lovely MOCA expresso maker. Basically you can get what you need here.
Friendly and helpful. With mutual respect this was a lovely place for us
Most of the details shared in the description were right. Luca (the owner of the place) is a really nice person and very helpful.
But we didn't enjoy our stay as there were too many 'instructions/restrictions' shared by Ines! You are supposed to talk in very low voice (Silent..as per Ines)! Neighbors will call the police in case you left the door open! You cannot use the lift at night otherwise neighbors dog will make noise! We're informed that out of our stay of 4 nights, last night we're supposed to move to the smaller room. We're OK with that but cleaning that room our self to create space to sleep was not pleasant at all! On top of all that, the house was quite untidy, dark and filthy .
Overall, you can completely avoid this place to have a pleasant stay at Rome!
Ines's friends, Luca and Alex welcomed me. The room was bright and shiny. Very good paintings on the wall. Everything was really cool, the whole apartment.
Location of the place is EXCELLENT for easy-directing to every part of the city. But the neighborhood was no good; drunk people or the groups of people were wandering and pissing around. If someone wants to have a good room for a very useful area, this place is recommended!
