She made us feel very welcome :)
Fantastic place to stay! Highly recommend it!
Makini is fantastic, her space is exactly as it is pictured and it is in a very desirable neighborhood. Utica Ave. is central to all of our travel through Brooklyn and Manhattan. She was very accommodating and we could not have asked for more!
Makini was very easy to get a hold of and communicate with before and during my stay. The space was just what I needed, clean and comfortable and really close to the subway! The apt has an AC unit which is really appreciated in the summer months! I will def be back next time I visit NYC. Thanks again for having me Makini!
Makini's studio was great. Very tidy and felt like a hotel room. Conveniently located right across from the train. She was easy to get in touch with and very friendly. A great host.
My host made me feel very welcome! I was welcomed by Makini's mom, Ms. Rose, who made sure that I had everything I needed for my stay. The apartment was beautiful and cozy and was just what I needed. I'd definitely stay here again and have recommended the apartment for other friends who will be visiting New York.
We had a great time at Makini's place! It is just as it looks in the pictures. We stayed for about 2 weeks and we got a very thoughtful care package of supplies mid way through from Makini's Mum, Rose. The subway is just across the street, so convenient. We loved it here.
Makini's place was very comfortable and so cute. My husband and I came to the city for his birthday and ironically it was LITERALLY right around the corner from his best friend's house! Right across the street from the train station, very convenient. It was just the place we needed for our weekend stay.
