Welcome to beautiful Sankt Goar! Our apartment "Bachgeflüster" has all the amenities you need for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. Enjoy the view of the nearby vineyards, which are in the immediate vicinity and listen to the light splashing of the stream, which runs directly on the property. We have put a lot of effort into the loving decor and are looking forward to welcoming you!
The space
Bedrooms
The bedroom offers plenty of space and comfort for a good night's sleep. It has a particularly long double bed (200 x 210 cm). A children's travel bed can be added if necessary. In addition, an inviting wardrobe is available for any clothing, which offers enough space. Host tip: When the weather is nice at night, open the window to let yourself drift from the stream into the land of dreams.
Living room
The tastefully furnished, modern living room can be used flexibly. The couch invites you to linger or can be used for two more sleeping places. Here you can choose between two single beds or another double bed (180 x 200 cm). In addition, the ceiling lighting can be changed by a remote control – the light can be dimmed or adjusted in different shades.
In addition to an Internet-enabled TV, you will find a wide range of books, board games and children's games in the living room. Grab a novel from the living room cabinet and immerse yourself in foreign worlds. We provide a wide range of different genres - including children's books. Host tip: The bookcase in the living room (!) works on the exchange principle – i.e. whoever chooses a book and takes it with them, "pays" in the same currency - book for book. Please note that this is an offer exclusively for the books in the living room!
Kitchen
The kitchen is the heart of the apartment, because in addition to a fully equipped kitchen, there is an inviting, large table for spending time together and creating memories. In the kitchen you will find a fridge with freezer, oven and dishwasher. The kitchen definitely invites you to cook together – various cookbooks are available for inspiration! A basic set of spices, as well as vinegar and oil, is available. In addition, the following electrical appliances are freely available: filter coffee maker, kettle, hot air fryer, toaster and microwave. There is also an iron, a fan and a radio.
Bathrooms
In the daylight bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, towels, a hairdryer, soap and shower gel are available. Make sure to ventilate sufficiently, especially after showering, to avoid mold formation. A washing machine has been available since July 2025.
Other special features
There is a guest book in the living room. We are very pleased about a lovely entry in which you share your experiences of the vacation with us. Furthermore, we asked you to bring a postcard from your hometown/country before arrival. You will find a wall in the living room where you can hang it and thus make other guests happy.
Outdoor Area
Since April 2025, an outdoor area has been available. This includes a table with four chairs and a sandbox with toys. The cushions for the chairs and the tablecloth are in the multifunctional cabinet in the kitchen. Please put the pillows and tablecloth back in the cupboard after use and, above all, make sure that they do not get wet from rain. On request, a gas grill can be rented. To do this, the host must be notified at least 24 hours in advance (via the messaging feature). The gas grill must be cleaned after use by the guests and thus returned to its previous state. The raised garden bed separates the private garden of the hosts from the outdoor area of the apartment. Please do not operate the raised bed and enter the private garden.
Guest access
The apartment on the ground floor is available to our guests. The 1st and 2nd floor as well as the basement and garden area is for the private use of the hosts and access is not permitted.
Other things to note
We would really appreciate it if you could bring a postcard or something similar from your hometown or home country. In the living room there is a "memory wall" on which all guests can immortalize themselves!
