Lorenzo was very helpful to coordinate my check-in. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures, very accurate. Location was perfect for me, walking distance from the Spanish Steps and close to very Italian restaurants. The atmosphere in the neighborhood is exactly what I was expecting from staying in Rome.

This was a very pleasant weekend in Rome. The Loft is much more than we expected. A very invested high quality apartments. All with an excellent designer taste. Bravo Lorenzo! We arrived in Rome earlier than was coordinated - but we got the apartment few hours before. The place is very clean. Well located in the middle of all tourist attractions. During the night - very quiet. After leaving the loft I realized that I forgot something in the loft. I called the owner and it was mailed the same day to my home town.... Thank you Lorenzo for everything!!! We shall recommend to all our friends to rent this loft.

We stayed in the apartment for 3 days, everything was perfect, the space is very tasteful, an eclectic mix of old and new with modern appliances in the kitchen and bathroom. The old wooden ceilings and furniture and the terracota floors give great character, everything is very clean and the location is perfect, close to everything by foot and very close to the metro. The only default is that there is not an actual bed, only a sofa bed, which is fairly comfortable but doesn't compare to a real bed. Over all, the apartment is very nice, perfect for a short stay.
