Great apartment in the best neighborhood in NYC. The apartment is very warm and comfortable and has everything you will need for your stay. It is also located extremely close to many subways and some of the best bars/restaurants in the city.
Entire studio situated right in the heart of the East Village. Recently renovated in a fantastic location! Quiet enough to sleep at night but still steps to heart of the bustling East Village.
Hello. Welcome to the big apple.
The apartment is a beautiful, newly renovated studio in the East Village. It has just been repainted this year and the apartment has been tastefully decorated. It is located on 1st Avenue and 6th street, right in the heart of the East Village. It is also centrally located in Manhattan, which makes it easy to access most other areas in and around NYC. Please note that this listing is for the ENTIRE apartment. You will not be sharing this with anyone else.
The apartment is at the back of the block so it is very quiet.
You'll sleep like a baby after a hectic day in the city. You don't have to worry about drunks waking you up at 3am.

Everything in the apartment.
I will be there to greet them upon arrival and give them and introduction to the apartment and answer any questions they might have about the neighborhood.
The neighborhood is amazing. Tons of great bars, restaurants, and stores. The East Village is where many New Yorkers live and play. It is a younger, vibrant neighborhood with lots to do.
The apartment is very close to many major subway lines and is extremely convenient.

Couldn't have been happier with our stay here. The location is fantastic, walk right outside and you're surrounded by tons of awesome bars and cafes/restaurants. It's also really close to the subway. The apartment itself is great, and it's in a really quiet block too! Bryan is very easy and flexible to communicate with, and he gave us lots of great tips for what to do in the neighborhood. Highly recommend this place to people going to New York!
Awesome location, really close to major parts of the city and subway. Great host - really friendly and chill. Would definitely stay here agin.
Brian is a perfect host,
My flight was delayed but he made himself available to give me the keys later than planed.
He gave me tips to visit nyc, Brooklyn...
The appartment is really comfortable, quiet, in east village, and the 5 floors made me make some sport;)
I will probably stay here again by my next visit!
We really enjoyed our weekend stay at B's apartment. Communication with him was smooth and efficient. He is very welcoming and professional.
The apartment looked as pictured and was clean and fresh smelling. Very comfortable bed; nice linens and towels; kitchen stocked with utensils and dishes. Also important for our cold weather visit, the apartment was toasty warm and the shower nice and hot.
Since it's on the fifth floor and facing a courtyard we heard no noise at night and the building was always church-quiet.
Great location with the shops and cafes of the Lower East Side just a few block walk away. We liked Milon on the first floor of the building for a late dinner on our first night. B. has a notebook where guests recommend restaruants and shops which we used as a start to experience the city. B also provided us maps of the area to borrow during our visit.
Bryan is a very friendly person. I enjoy a lot the flat and the neighborhood. You get out and all you need is just around. the flat is small but really cosy. The hit of the flat is the bed. So cuddly and I loved that you can see outside from the window in the courtyard. And last but not least bang for the buck is unbeatable!
Great apartment, amazing location, very close to some of the best restaurants we tried. The place was clean and the bed very comfortable. The host was very nice too, which helps : ) Would recommend!
The apartment was very nice. You can tell it was newly renovated. It's on the 5th floor in the back of the building which made it very quiet and cozy - as long as you can handle stairs. And the neighborhood was perfect.
Bryan was the such a great host. I really loved staying here. The apartment was so nice and clean. This must be one of the most quiet apartments in NYC. I really loved that because NYC is a noisy city and it´s hard to shut that noise out.The neighbourhood is just amazing, close to great restaurants and shopping. Bryan provided fresh towels and really good guides. Especially liked that hipster one ;) If I had any questions he got back right away. Could not have had a better stay and I would most definitely stay here again.
Not knowing much about the area we quickly realized this is where the majority of the great places to eat are located! We thought the apartment was very clean and the location was quite (ie no honking).
Bryan was very accommodating in terms of pickup time of keys.
The apartment is on the 5th floor of a building with no elevator. For us this was not an issue at all. It may be for others.
Just one word to describe staying at Bryan's place: being home! Very warm house, great area (East Village is so nice, not far from the very heart of the city but at the same time a "world" in itself!)..so sad when we went away! Definitely would recommend..and definitely would come again! ;)
