Spacious log cabin near Grand Lake, perfect for families and groups! This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home features a huge backyard made for gathering, with a covered patio, fire pit, waterfall & fish pond, outdoor seating, and propane/pellet grill. Enjoy plenty of parking, a fully stocked kitchen, fast fiber internet and TVs in every bedroom. Close to Grand Lake attractions while giving your group plenty of room to relax, cook, play and spend time together.

Primary Bedroom: King bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Full-size bunk beds and a travel crib.
Bedroom 3: Twin bunk beds plus a queen bed.
Bedroom 4: Twin bunk beds plus a queen bed.
The second bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
Traveling with a larger group? Harbor House is just 3 doors down and can be booked separately, offering additional accommodations plus direct lakefront access and a private dock.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas during their stay. Self check-in is available using the smart lock. Your unique door code and arrival instructions will be sent on the morning of check-in. There is plenty of on-site parking, including space for multiple vehicles and boat trailers.

Monkey Island Lodge is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home designed for families and groups visiting Grand Lake.
Parking: There is plenty of parking for vehicles and boat trailers. Please park only within the property boundaries. A parking/property-boundary diagram is included in the listing photos to clearly show the designated parking areas. Please be respectful of our neighbors and do not park, drive, or turn around in neighboring yards.
Lake & Boat Access: The Lodge is close to Grand Lake but is not directly lakefront and does not have a private dock. A public boat ramp is conveniently located at the end of the street, making it easy to launch your boat during your stay. Boat trailers may be parked at the Lodge within the designated parking areas.
Harbor House, our lakefront property with a private dock, is just a few doors down and may be booked separately when available—perfect for larger groups wanting both properties.
Outdoor Area: Enjoy a large backyard with a covered patio, fire pit, plenty of outdoor seating, waterfall and fish pond, fish-cleaning station, and propane/wood-pellet grill.
Sleeping Arrangements: Please review the bedroom and bed configuration in the listing when planning your group. A travel crib is also provided.
Pets & Service Animals: Pets are not permitted. Service animals are accommodated in accordance with Airbnb's policies.
Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.
