Lakefront getaway built for big groups! Harbor House sleeps up to 24 and features a private dock, spacious backyard, large patio, firepit and plenty of room to gather. Enjoy direct Grand Lake access with a gentle path to the water and a dock where you can tie up your boat during your stay. Located near Tera Miranda and the Quarterdeck, with a nearby boat ramp in a golf cart-friendly neighborhood. Perfect for family reunions, group getaways, celebrations and wedding stays.

The space
Sleeping & Bedroom Layout

• Primary Bedroom: King bed with an ensuite accessible bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with bench, grab bars, wide doorway, and toilet grab bars.
• Second Bedroom: King bed and travel crib with ensuite bathroom and shower.
• Third Bedroom: 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 twin beds) with ensuite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination. This bathroom also opens to the hallway.
• Living Room: Couch with 2 pull-out twin beds.
• Additional sleeping: 4 queen-size memory foam floor mattresses are provided.
• There are also 3 additional couches and 4 oversized bean bags that may be used as additional sleeping spaces.

Sleeping capacity: The beds, twin pull-outs, and provided floor mattresses accommodate up to 18 guests. Harbor House allows a maximum of 24 guests. Guests using the additional couches or bean bags should bring their own bedding and pillows.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire home, backyard, patio, firepit area, and private dock during their stay. Self check-in is available using the smart lock, and your door code and arrival instructions will be sent the morning of check-in. Parking is available at the house, with additional parking across the street. Please leave one parking space available for the residents of the garage apartment.

Other things to note
Harbor House is designed for large families and groups and can accommodate up to 24 guests. Designated sleeping space is provided for 18 guests with 2 king beds, 4 twin beds, 2 twin pull-out mattresses, and 4 queen floor mattresses. There are also 3 couches and 4 oversized bean bags that may be used as additional sleeping spaces. *Guests planning to use the couches or bean bags should bring their own bedding and pillows.

The property is lakefront with a private dock, large backyard, patio, and firepit area. A boat ramp is located nearby at Tera Miranda.

Events and gatherings are permitted, making Harbor House a great option for family reunions, weddings, and group celebrations. Please be respectful of neighboring properties and observe quiet hours.

Pets are not permitted. Service animals are accommodated in accordance with Airbnb policy. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.

Firewood is not provided for the firepit and should be purchased locally.
