Our guests will be close to everything when you stay at our place in Mountain Green, UT! Our brand new townhouse has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Guests will enjoy community amenities: pool, hot tub & pickleball courts. Walk to brand new supermarket. Close to many ski resorts: Snowbasin - 12mins, Nordic Valley - 30mins, Powder Mountain - 40mins and Park City - 1hr. We are also close to all season sports including fishing, hiking, water sports at Pineview Reservoir - 20mins

The space
Our brand new and spacious townhouse includes 3 bedrooms which are all en-suite with private bathrooms. An additional half bath is located on the second floor beside the living room area.
Our townhouse is a total of 3 levels with a secure 2 car garage attached on the ground level. Guests will receive door codes for seamless entry upon arrival.

The first floor includes a king size master bedroom, walk-in closet and adjoining bathroom. The second floor holds the cozy living area, fully stocked chef kitchen, large pantry and powder room. The living area opens to a quaint balcony with bistro table and chairs, perfect to take in the Mountain View’s and enjoy your morning coffee. The third floor includes 2 bedrooms. The third floor master has a king size bed, dedicated work space, walk in closet and luxury bathroom with glass enclosed shower. The bunk room has a full size bunk bed (full size beds on top and bottom) as well as a twin size pull out trundle-bed. This room also includes a large walk in closet and spacious bathroom.

Bathroom essentials are provided in all of our bathrooms including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion.

Our townhome is stocked with essentials to make your vacation a memorable one! Guests will have access to community amenities including pickle ball courts, hot tubs, pool (seasonal) fire pits and BBQ gas grills. Pickle ball racquets are located in our garage and pool towels are available for your use during your stay!

SLC International airport is a short drive - 35 mins. Many restaurants, coffee and retail shops are located in Ogden and Layton which are 20 mins away. Lagoon is a short 20min drive as well.

Guests will have access to our entire 3 floor brand new townhome including the 2 car garage and shared community amenities.

Amenities include, pickle ball courts, hot tubs, pool, fire pits, BBQ gas grills and children’s playground area. Pickleball racquets are located in our garage and available to use during your stay. Pool/hot tub towels will also be provided for use during your stay.

During ski season, we have a comfortable area in the garage to remove/store boots and skis. Boot and glove warmers are also in the garage for guests use!

Parking is limited to these garage spaces, street parking as well as common community parking spaces. Parking is not permitted along the red-painted curbs throughout the community. We ask that guests do not park in the driveway during the winter months to allow for seamless snow removal.
