Grossartig .... really great location, people and place to start discovering London from. .... even though Carlos and Stephan were in Munich (our hometown) while we stayed in London, Stefano really took care of everything. The loft next to London Bridge Station and the Borough market simply is a great place to start discovering London ... the bedroom is as it is shown .. cosy and really comfortable .... we will come back - definitely !
Guests staying with Carlos and Stephan will find restful comfort and an intimate level of coziness and style in the room’s furnishings, artistic décor throughout the flat wish its various “lounges”, the kitchen and bathroom. They will also find plentiful opportunities to share in laughter and experience warm-hearted company from all sorts of folks coming from all sorts of walks of life. In competition with luxury accommodations, Carlos and Stephan, along with their highly capable assistant Alessandro, do not miss one detail in providing top-notch hospitality for their guests: the quality of the linens, towels, bathrobes, and the cleanliness of the entire flat is impeccable. This flat is a working, professional studio that throughout the week brings clients into the shared main living space , but never is there a matter of inconvenience as Carlos and Stephan ensure that AirBnb guests come first in receiving attention and meeting any special needs (helping with luggage, iron, directions, taxis, places to dine or shop, top-up mobile phones, etc.). The kindness, caring, and respectfulness Carlos, Stephan, and Alessandro provide to all their guests truly make one’s stay in London simply remarkable.
This is the best place to stay in London! Better than the top hotels in the city! Carlos and Stephan are the sweetest, most accommodating and lovely hosts you can find. The loft is fantastic - it's beautiful, huge and magical. It's in an old chocolate factory and in the best neighborhood in London - 5 minutes to Borough Market, the river and Tate Modern. It's safe, charming and accessible to the whole city. It's a unique and fantastic experience staying with Carlos and Stephan. Carlos's impeccable and enchanting taste is evident in the lofts decor and the openness and hospitality of Carlos, Stephan and Alessandro is unmatched. Their attention to the needs of their guest and the beauty of the space is something that you just won't find at a hotel. I'm a hotel snob - and the loft way exceeded my expectations.
Carlos and Stephan go above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care of at the loft and also to help you make the most of your stay in London. The loft is simultaneously fantastical, cool and welcoming - you will fee at home right away! It's clean, so well maintained and each space has it's own charm. Frankly, you won't want to leave.
Obviously I can't say enough about my stay and recommend staying with Carlos and Stephan enough!
Carlos and Stephan were great hosts. The location was ideal near market and river. There is also a bus stop about two blocks away so you could get anywhere. When we arrived Carlos was decorating the most beautiful tree I have ever seen inside a house. It was absolutely amazing. Something we will never forget. If back in London we would stay here again. Hosts make you feel at home right away. Thank you Carlos and Stephan.
It's a wonderful place 1min away from the Borough market and many eateries. Room is cosy and pillows abundant. Studio/living room is huge.
Carlos and Stephan are friendly, knowledgeable and most welcoming so you can ask them anything and they'll point you in the right direction. Sit down and have a chat with them if you can!
Will be returning to stay on my next trip!
We had a great time staying at Carlos & Stephan's place. The location is perfect, close to Borough Market and the tube. The room had an cosy atmosphere and Carlos & Stephan were very friendly.
