I can sincerely recommend this place and its lovely host Ann!
Pre-trip arrangements were stunningly quick and uncomplicated and Ann was already expecting us upon our Arrival. She provided us with lots of helpful tips and info about the apartment and the city and had even bought a snack for us, making our start into this vacation even more pleasant.
All details about the apartments were just as previously described - it is a really nice place in a great neigborhood and located in walking distance to the city center. (Also the airport bus (AirCoach) stops just around the corner!)
Cleanliness, furniture and equipment (towels, bed covers, dishes...) also was to my utmost satisfaction.
Very clean, modern, and comfortable place to stay. Our hostess was really kind and went out of our way to help us. I would happily stay here again on a future trip to Dublin! Thanks!
The apartment was lovely and modern with wifi and close to everything. It was perfect and I would highly recommend Ann's apartment.
Ann was a GREAT host and eagerly gave us so many good tips regarding not only Dublin, but the fantastic places to eat and have a pint right around the corner.
The apartment was clean, modern, quiet and safe. It was the perfect size for our group of 3.
We highly recommend Ann and her apartment and would definitely stay there again.
From the airport, we took the Aircoach since it stops so close to the apartment. Having a DART station so close also made life easy when we left Dublin to visit other parts of Ireland.
we were very pleased with our stay at ann's place. it was comfortable, well appointed, and the beds were excellent. it was very quiet, and the location was outstanding. it took us about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to all the major central city sights and she is only about 3 blocks from a dart station. ann was very friendly and accommodating. we would definitely book the unit again on another dublin stay.
Ann was very informative and courteous. The place was small, yet that is Dublin! It was great, we had fun and it gave us enough space. There is a great restaurant close by Chophouse - awesome food, wine and peeps! Highly recommend it.
Ann has been a great host! This has been the first time in Dublin and she has been so helpful with everything. Ann has become our extra-mum here in Dublin. We are so happy that we met her! We can greatly recommend her beutiful apartment.

About the Host, Ann
I was an Art and Home Economics teacher, a designer and a homemaker. I've always enjoyed cooking for my family and friends and well as making clothes and furnishings.
Now, as I'm semi-retired, I like to travel and meet new people! I love to explore other parts of Ireland as well as further afield. I enjoy getting to know an area and how local people live and spend their leisure time! I hope that guests who stay in my home enjoy their experiences too!
When not enjoying all the numerous delights that the city has to offer, you will find me walking along the coast road, which has been compared to The Amalfi Coast of Italy, past lots of famous homes to the heritage village of Dalkey, with its quaint shops, pubs and restaurants. Other times I'm at the top of Killiney Hill where there are breath-taking views in all directions of the city and surrounding area as well as the ocean. When not out walking, I travel on the little electric train, known as "The Dart" into the city or out along the coast.
Dublin is an easy city to get around. The list is endless of things to see and do there! However if the mountains and lakes are your thing, they are within easy reach of my home. Just a few mins down the motorway and you are in the Wicklow mountains, which is a walkers paradise and steeped in history.
When I travel to other parts of the world, I prefer to stay in Airbnb places rather than hotels when I can!
