A cosy 2 bedroom residence, within a group of secure apartments, surrounded by peaceful gardens with water fountains.
The city centre is but a short walk away in one direction and Ballsbridge is in the other.
The apartment is close to the Grand Canal Dart Station and a bus stop is just around the corner.
Aviva Stadium, Bord Gais Theatre, Trinity College, Grafton Street are all but a short walk away.
Treat this place as you would your own, with respect and care!
If you are a smoker, you must do it ouside and dispose of cigarette ends in the bin store in the underground carpark and not in the bins in the apartment.
If you are bringing children that you take care that they only eat at the dining table. Do not let them put food on the furniture, the rug, the walls or the curtains, thanks!

I was an Art and Home Economics teacher, a designer and a homemaker. I've always enjoyed cooking for my family and friends and well as making clothes and furnishings.
Now, as I'm semi-retired, I like to travel and meet new people! I love to explore other parts of Ireland as well as further afield. I enjoy getting to know an area and how local people live and spend their leisure time! I hope that guests who stay in my home enjoy their experiences too!
When not enjoying all the numerous delights that the city has to offer, you will find me walking along the coast road, which has been compared to The Amalfi Coast of Italy, past lots of famous homes to the heritage village of Dalkey, with its quaint shops, pubs and restaurants. Other times I'm at the top of Killiney Hill where there are breath-taking views in all directions of the city and surrounding area as well as the ocean. When not out walking, I travel on the little electric train, known as "The Dart" into the city or out along the coast.
Dublin is an easy city to get around. The list is endless of things to see and do there! However if the mountains and lakes are your thing, they are within easy reach of my home. Just a short drive down the motorway and you are in the Wicklow mountains, which is a walkers paradise and steeped in history.
When I travel to other parts of the world, I prefer to stay in Airbnb places rather than hotels when I can!
