Nice apartment in a safe housing complex. 20 minutes by foot to the city center. Bus station (also for airport bus) and DART station are just around the corner. Communication with Ann and check-in was very easy

Ann has a beautiful apartment about 1 mile from city centre. The location is great, walking distance to the Aircoach stop (School House Hotel), shops, pubs, and more! It was a great hub for a fun Dublin holiday!

A lovely little quiet oasis close to shops and good places to eat. Ann was such a lovely host & couldn't have been more helpful. Will come back to stay again next year!

Ann's was a great host. She greeted us in person and brought plums from her garden (she also made pancakes)! Ann's place was very convenient, clean, and comfortable.

We had a great week in Ann's flat. It was exactly as advertised. In a perfect location: quiet yet near the centre, with public transport in all directions. Hope we will be able to return. Petra

We had a wonderful time staying at Ann's apt. The neighbourhood is quiet, but not far from the city centre, with a bus stop 2 mins away. Beggar's Bush pub is right across the street.

Really nice place, quiet, but still central. Perfect for summer vacations because of the possibility to sit outdoor, next to the flat. Dartstation nearby, pubs and shops within 2-3 minutes walk. Extremly clean and nice flat with everything you need on holiday. Ann was nice, helpful and stand by if you needed something or had a question. Super!

Ann User ProfileAnn is a superhost.

I was an Art and Home Economics teacher, a designer and a homemaker. I've always enjoyed cooking for my family and friends and well as making clothes and furnishings.
Now, as I'm semi-retired, I like to travel and meet new people! I love to explore other parts of Ireland as well as further afield. I enjoy getting to know an area and how local people live and spend their leisure time! I hope that guests who stay in my home enjoy their experiences too!
When not enjoying all the numerous delights that the city has to offer, you will find me walking along the coast road, which has been compared to The Amalfi Coast of Italy, past lots of famous homes to the heritage village of Dalkey, with its quaint shops, pubs and restaurants. Other times I'm at the top of Killiney Hill where there are breath-taking views in all directions of the city and surrounding area as well as the ocean. When not out walking, I travel on the little electric train, known as "The Dart" into the city or out along the coast.
Dublin is an easy city to get around. The list is endless of things to see and do there! However if the mountains and lakes are your thing, they are within easy reach of my home. Just a short drive down the motorway and you are in the Wicklow mountains, which is a walkers paradise and steeped in history.
When I travel to other parts of the world, I prefer to stay in Airbnb places rather than hotels when I can!
