Any disturbances may result in a £250 penalty fee.
A £50 charge applies for lost keys.
Please report any damages or maintenance issues to the property manager as soon as possible — failure to report may incur an additional charge.
Any damage to the property or its contents may be flagged to the booking platform, and you may be liable for costs.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Late departures without prior agreement may result in an additional night’s charge.
Please return keys to the original pick-up location to avoid a penalty.
