Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 4th, 5th, and 6th floors of the building.
Private Entrance: An elevator takes you directly to the 4th-floor entrance of your private penthouse.
Internal Access: Please note that access to the 5th floor and the rooftop is via an internal staircase only.
Luggage Storage: You may store up to 10 pieces of luggage at the property before check-in or after check-out.
Other things to note
・Legal Operation: This facility is operated in accordance with the Japanese Hotels and Inns Business Act.
We are required to collect passport details for all guests prior to check-in. We may be unable to host you if this information is not provided.
・Accessibility: The building elevator goes to the 4th floor only. The 5th floor and rooftop are accessible via stairs inside the unit.
・Towels & Cleaning: We provide one fresh set of towels per guest at check-in. For mid-stay cleaning, please use the in-unit washing machine.
・Professional cleaning is provided only at checkout. For stays longer than one week, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning is included. Additional cleaning can be arranged for a fee of 8,000 JPY per session.
