  • Ashley & Adrian is making the transition to SF so pleasant. Thank you so much for the hospitality. They've done an awesome job of providing necessary things to make guest feel at home yet on vacation at the same time. The place is clean. Parking is great! A true example of what an AirBnb place should be. I didn't really meet Ashley because she was on vacation but I did see Adrian once, the day of my check out. Communication was awesome and they're very helpful. A lot of good restaurants in the area and easy access to the bus line to get to downtown.

  • We stayed at this place for 3 nights over New Years Eve 2013 and had a great time. It is not that centrally located but you can reach everything by public transportation. The neighborhood is quite cool and it is not far away from SF Mission. Sadly Ashley and Nathan weren't there during our stay but the communication was very good so every question we had was answered in seconds. Go for it if you want to have a good time in SF!

  • Ashley and Adrian were great hosts. Thy were very thoughtful and had kept everything we'd ever need- toothbrushes, toiletries, coffee/tea items, shopping bag and even a bottle of wine! The home, room and bed were comfortable- the lemon tree in the backyard was absolutely gorgeous. We had a great time talking to Ashley and Adrian the first day. After that, they gave us our privacy and it was almost like we had the whole place to ourselves.
Area felt safe. Round table pizza, Walgreens and some other restaurants within a block or two. Not many interesting places walking distance from the area, but there are two buses within a block's walk that take you to mission district/BART station/union square.
Parking spot was a big plus, it fit our Jeep Liberty easily.
I would definitely stay here again.

  • Ashley and Adrian are awesome hosts. They've thought of every amenity that'll make your stay easier -- down to a tiny lockbox w key inside your closet and a nifty print out booklet of everything you'll need to know to navigate SF from their spot. They're real easy going even if my dog was a little fussy in the beginning. Thanx guys!

  • My stay with Ashley n Adrian was fantastic, comfortable bed, clean environment and great shower. It was in a great location as was away from city but close to public transport n shops, got to experience the locals lifestyle.
I loved San Francisco and all the sights, easy to get to with the public transport longest waited was ten minutes and there it was, rode pushbike over golden gate bridge, BART from airport and across bay to basketball match in Oakland's.
Really enjoyed my stay with Ashley n Adrian and have no hesitation in recommending to other guests.

  • I had a great time here. It's the perfect location. Ashley and Adrian go to great lengths to answer any questions you may have and make you feel right at home. Don't question staying anywhere else if you are heading to San Fran!

  • Ashley and Adrian were wonderful hosts!:))) We had a great time at their place with our 7-months old infant.
They did their best for us to feel comfortable and welcomed!
As well, they provided us with all needed stuff (toothbrush, shampoos etc) as it was much needed (our luggage was lost in Europe and we had to wait 2 days to get it back).
I regret not meeting Ashley in person (only my husbant only did), but we exchanged mails before coming to SF - very sweet, nice person - I totally agree with all other comments that were posted on their profile. Adrian welcomed us though in the timing that was suitable for us - we came later than expected in the middle of the day as we had to deal with the lost luggage at the airport before(not in many places you could have that!):) Thank you so much Ashley and Adrian once more - your gifts are just sooooo perfect! Whenever we come back to SF, we'll be glad to stay at your place again! I recommend everyone the same!:)

  • My week-long stay with Ashley and Adrian was very pleasant. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Ashley and Adrian were great at communicating information about how to get around San Francisco via public transportation and were able to quickly and informatively answer any questions I had. Their shower head is enormous, providing a rainfall-style shower that is simply incredible. (I ordered the exact same one as soon as I got home.) Their place is super close to the Glen Park BART station and bus routes, too. This was the perfect place to stay for my first time in San Francisco. Highly recommended!
